We are Walter (Jay) and Dana Dembeck with DogWatch of the WV Panhandle.

We service Berkeley, Jefferson, Morgan, Hampshire, Hardy, Mineral and Grant counties. Dana has lived her whole life here in Berkeley county and Walter grew up in Frederick county VA and we started our family here in WV in 1993. We established our DogWatch business in 2005.

We have raised and trained German Shorthaired Pointers for years and the Dogwatch system has really worked for us. We love living here and working in this beautiful area. The eastern panhandle and the Potomac highlands scenery is second to none. Every estimate and installation offers a trip through this diverse area. Over the years we have offered affordable, customized fence systems backed with training assistance and quality customer service.
